At the risk of sounding inappropriate, I love Gary Vaynerchuk.  I’ve voraciously read his books,  I’ve laughed myself breathless during his keynotes at SXSW, and I’ve learned more from his truth-telling, real-world and, um, let’s just say “unvarnished” style than from a stack of other gurus combined.
