MCCLEAN, Va., Oct. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Kapsch TrafficCom IVHS Inc., a subsidiary of Kapsch TrafficCom AG, today announced the appointment of John Freund as Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development.  Freund will head the North American sales and business development teams with responsibility for Kapsch TrafficCom IVHS' sales strategy.  He joins Kapsch as a 12-year veteran in the intelligent transportation business and electronic tolling industries. Freund has held senior management positions at Sirit, Federal Signal and 3M.
