DevOps can and should drive competitive advantage in the enterprise. All too often it is seen as "just the latest fad," or not able to deal with enterprise-class problems. In this session, Heinold will outline a framework to help drive the DevOps conversation in the IT organization. At its core, DevOps is an Agile methodology that stresses collaboration between those building software (traditionally Dev), those deploying software (traditionally Ops), and those using the software.
