NEW YORK, March 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today that music legend Clive Davis will sit down for an intimate Q&A session with an audience of SiriusXM listeners at the SiriusXM studios in New York City as part of its "Town Hall" series.

"SiriusXM's Town Hall with Clive Davis," which will take place on Tuesday, March 5, will air on SiriusXM Stars, channel 107, on Saturday, March 9 at 6:00 pm ET and SiriusXM Book Radio, channel 80, on Tuesday, March 12 at 10:00 pm ET. For rebroadcast times, please visit www.siriusxm.com/townhall.

The "Town Hall" special will include the Grammy® Award-winning music mogul answering a variety of questions from the studio audience about his five-decade career in the music business — from working with legendary artists like Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Aerosmith, Carlos Santana, Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys and Aretha Franklin to his new book The Soundtrack of My Life. Anthony DeCurtis, who co-wrote The Soundtrack of My Life, will moderate the "Town Hall." SiriusXM listeners are also invited to submit a question for Clive Davis on Twitter by 5:00 pm ET on Monday, March 4 by Tweeting @SiriusXM and using the hashtag #SXMTownHall or posting a question on SiriusXM's Facebook page.
