A Brief Blog Profile: Curbed
Curbed has been providing a look inside the wheelings and dealings of the real estate market since 2004. It all began with New York City and today the site covers the real estate scenes of Atlanta, Boston, Cape Cod, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, and DC, to name a few.
But this is no ordinary site. Curbed is a real estate masterpiece, offering an inside look at neighborhoods, celebrity purchases, rental prices, new restaurants and city parks, historic homes, sleek design, and good ol' fashioned gossip.
I was particularly fascinated with a recent post on the old house used in the movie Bourne Legacy and the Anthropologie catalogs (literature I'm quite familiar with).
A lot of the Curbed appeal frankly is in the photos. Who doesn't love looking at beautiful historic things, trendy and hot apartments, and stylish penthouses?
