A Brief Blog Profile: Dear Coffee, I Love You

Dear Coffee, I Love You isn't just the name of a blog. it's something many people across the country (and probably the world) say every morning. Coffee isn't just a refreshment. It's more than just a beverage. For most, myself included, it is a necessity. This blog is in that camp. In their own words, they sit at the "intersection of coffee, culture, creativity and design." Coffee is more than the fuel. It is also the vessel.
After reading this blog, I get the feeling it could easily be called, Dear Coffee, I Am Obsessed With You. By that I mean, this blog REALLY loves their coffee. For example, this blog talks about coffee techniques, such as the Matt Perger method shown here. But, while this blog takes its coffee seriously, it does not take itself too seriously. To that end, here is a video of how MacGyver would brew coffee. The blog also showcases great coffee houses, such as this fashionable one in Baltimore. What's more, this site often highlights great products with which to enjoy your cup of joe, such as this "floating" mug.
As you can see Dear Coffee, I Love You is about more than just coffee. It's about travel and humor and design. It's more of a blog. It's probably closer to a love letter.
