A Brief Blog Profile: First Look, Then Cook
Like many things, the blog First Look, Then Cook was first an idea. It was something the author had been "talking about for months." But, once armed with a great name for her blog (provided by her 7-year-old daughter), Dawn got to blogging.
It became her chance to document her love of baking and all things food. The blog also was an opportunity to share recipes with a broader audience all at once.
Dawn had me with the No-Boil Mac and Cheese and her salted pistachio brittle. And who doesn't love a good breakfast muffin? Hello there, bacon, onion, and cheddar corn muffins.
Incidentally, I'll be doing quite a bit of cooking this weekend.
