A Brief Blog Profile: Yummy Chunklet

The Yummy Chunklet is actually a trial attorney in her early 30s, living in Chicago. She's also a daydreamer, constantly concocting mental images of what she'll bake next. But it's not all dreams. The 'chunklet' is executing those daydreams into delicious looking dish after delicious looking dish. Now, while I'm not entirely sure I feel comfortable calling someone a chunklet, I am pretty positive it would be awesome to stow away in this woman's kitchen for a meal or two.
If you take a look at her blog, you'll see why. I've said "I want that" like a dozen times already.Let's run through some together. Apple Pie Muffins? I want that. Sausage Cheddar Breakfast Bites? As a matter of fact, I do want that. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies? I didn't even know those existed until 15 minutes ago. And yet, I want that. Butternut Squash Risotto? I think we all know that I, in fact, want that.
This blog is not an attempt at a book deal. It's rather one woman's attempt to relieve stress by baking for herself and others. In fact, the blog was created as part of a food blog community project wherein every page of a cookbook is attempted. From the looks of it, the Yummy Chunklet should probably keep baking as soon as that project is done. And if we're lucky, she'll keep blogging about it, too.
