Mortgage Loan Officer Training Program
Republic conducts in-house training for individuals seeking to explore career growth opportunities as Mortgage Loan Officers. Many of our most successful lenders are graduates of our extensive classroom and field instruction programs.

Fast Track Management Training Program
Each year we conduct extensive college recruiting to identify and recruit outstanding college graduates for our distinguished program. The program offers departmental rotations, participation in management training and meetings, individual mentors and accelerated performance review and salary consideration. The "Fast Track" program is a unique opportunity for recent college graduates to become an integral part of a growing financial institution and work directly with top sales and management professionals.

Career Planning and Development

For example, monthly accountability meetings permit employees to discuss their achievements and develop short-term goals with their supervisors. Monthly corporate conference calls for all offices in the Comp any with the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Jerry D. Campbell, known as "TeleRap" sessions, provide employees with updates on the Company's financial and operating results and recognizes "local office heroes." In addition, each employee in a management position at Republic maintains an open door management philosophy.
