The New York Times (New York, NY) -- Some NYT Reporters have been shuffled around. Former Transportation Reporter Michael Grynbaum is now at City Hall. Courthouse Reporter John Eligon (eligon@nytimes.com) has moved upstate to  Albany, where he will be part of the Statehouse team. Russ Buettner (Buettner@nytimes.com) will succeed him on the crime beat. Cara Buckley will now cover the city’s community boards. Former Real Estate Columnist Diane Cardwell (dmc@nytimes.com) has moved to Business Day. Elizabeth Harris (elharris@nytimes.com) has replaced her as Real Estate Columnist.

The New York Observer (New York, NY) -- Rozalia Jovanovic (rjovanovic@observer.com) has been hired by the Observer to cover the arts. She also contributes to the paper's blog. She arrives from Flavorpill, where she was an Editor.

The Rachel Maddow Show - MSNBC Network (New York, NY) -- Steve Benen (http://www.twitter.com/stevebenen) has joined the show as Producer. Prior to joining the network, he was a Contributing Editor for The Washington Monthly.

CBS Television Network (New York, NY) -- Correspondent Debbye Turner Bell has left the Network. Turner Bell, a licensed veterinarian, can still be seen on Animal Planet.

Anderson (New York, NY) -- Co-Executive Producer Jim Murphy has exited the daytime talk show. He also served as Producer for "Good Morning America," "CBS This Morning," "48 Hours" and "CBS Evening News."

WCBS-TV (New York, NY) -- Three changes to announce here. Former "Anderson" Producer Diana Miller (dmiller@cbs.com) is now News Executive Producer. Derricke Dennis has gone from Freelancer to Evening Reporter. Finally, Lisa Kerney was hired as Morning Sports Anchor. She previously worked at MLB Network as a Reporter.

Guardian America - New York Bureau (New York, NY) -- Formerly Editorial Director at Adweek/Mediaweek/Brandweek Michael Wolff is now at the American edition of The (UK) Guardian. His beat includes media, publishing, technology and politics.

MLB Network (Secaucus, NJ) -- The network has added three new additions to its on-air talent line up. Former Anchor and Reporter of CBS Sports Network, Lauren Steady, (lauren.shehadi@mlb.com)  has been added as Host. Former Sports Reporter from “The Root” , Alanna Rizzo, (alanna.rizzo@mlb.com)  will also be serving as Host along with Scott Braun, (scott.braun@mlb.com)  who was formally an ESPN play-by-play Sport Announcer for college basketball.

News 12 New Jersey (Edison, NJ) -- Michael Weisman has stepped down from his position as Producer for “The Pet Stop, 12 To Your Health” and “It’s your Money”. The replacement for “The Pet Stop, 12 To Your Health” will be Karin Attonito . “It’s your Money” is set to be on hiatus. However, the network will continue to broadcast daily finance segments in place of that show.

WWOR-TV (Secaucus, NJ) -- Matt Alvarez (matt.alvarez@foxtv.com) has announced he will now serve as the General Assignment Reporter for the 10:00 p.m. newscast. Alvarez previously served as a freelance reporter for My Network TV 9 and WNYW-TV.

Departures (New York, NY) -- Senior Travel Editor Joshua David Stein has left the magazine.

News 12 Long Island (Woodbury, NY) -- Former Cleveland (WJW-TV) Anchor Stacey Bell has been hired here as an Evening Anchor. She moves to the Big Apple because her husband, Anthony Lynn, has been hired as the Running Back Coach for the New York Jets.

Sports Illustrated (New York, NY) -- Columnist Selena Roberts has left the publication. She was previously with The New York Times.

Gotham Magazine (New York, NY) -- Erik Netcher (erik.netcher@nichemediallc.com) has replaced Executive Editor Ingrid Skjong, who has left Niche Media. She had been in charge of Gotham Magazine and ASPEN PEAK.

Associated Press (AP) (New York, NY) -- Arts Editor Dolores Barclay has left the news service. 

WXMT-FM (Olean, NY) -- Steven Mills, Former Operations Manager for SMS Media Partners in Wichita, now holds the same title at Colonial Radio Group in Olean, NY. He will also wear the Program Director hat for Classic Hits WXMT-FM (The Mountain) as well as Country WBYB-FM (Big Bob).

PC Magazine (New York, NY) -- Angela Moscaritolo (angela_moscaritolo@pcmag.com) has been hired at this technology magazine as a Reporter handling tech news. She has also worked at SC Magazine, Northern Valley Suburbanite, The Dominion Post and the Herald Standard.

WPXY-FM (Rochester, NY) -- Music Director and Midday Host Megan Carter has been promoted to Assistant Program Director at this upstate radio station.

Sound + Vision (New York, NY) -- Entertainment/Senior Editor Ken Richardson is no longer with the publication.

The Wall Street Journal (New York, NY) -- Leaving the paper is Finance Tools Editor Ari Weinberg, who has left to become a Freelancer. Dow Jones Newswires (New York, NY) -- Alexandra Wexler (alexandra.wexler@dowjones.com) joins on as Reporter covering futures markets for cotton, sugar, cocoa, coffee and orange juice. WXRK-FM (New York, NY) -- CBS Program Director Dom Theodore has left the Network. He was in charge of programming for CHR WXRK-FM (92.3 Now)/New York and CHR WDZH-FM (98.7 Amp Radio)/Detroit. Theodore has started his own consulting firm.

WEMP-FM (New York, NY) -- Merlin Media has lost two employees. VP/Programming Liz Aiello and Senior Director of Digital Programming and Marketing Rich McLaughlin have both left the company.

Doctor Radio - SIRIUS Satellite Radio (New York, NY) -- Associate Producer Christy Jannace has been promoted to Producer. She was hired by Doctor Radio in August 2010. Jannace has also served as Assistant Producer for American Voices. Central Florida News 12 (Orlando, FL) -- Newly appointed News Director Tim Geraghty (tgeraghty@cfnews13.com ) will take over as Senior Director of News. Geraghty has previously served as News Director for various stations such as KXTV-TV and WTVJ-TV. He will replace Steve Chaverie who recently retired after 10 years with the station. 

WFTX-TV (Cape Coral, FL) -- New addition Mike Brooks (mbrooks@fox4now.com) will now serve as Weekend Anchor. Brooks arrives from  WGCL-TV in Atlanta, GA, where he was Anchor. 

WTVJ-TV (Miami, FL) -- News Director Lane Michaelsen exits the station for the NBC affiliate. Michaelsen has previously worked as News Director in Tampa, Little Rock and Washington, DC. He began his career as news photographer at KARE-TV in Minneapolis.

WKRN-TV (Nashville, TV) -- Joining the newscast is Samantha Fisher (sfisher@wkrn.com) who will serve as Co-Anchor for the 10:00 p.m. segment. She comes from CNN in Washington, D.C.

WFXL-TV (Albany, GA) -- Round of applause goes to Jenna McWilliams Huff (jhuff@wfxl.com) upon her promotion from Assistant News Director to News Director for the FOX affiliate. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Reporter. She replaces Terry Graham who exited from the station this past April.

WFLA-TV (Tampa, FL) -- The station appoints Brad Moses (bmoses@wfla.com) as President and General Manager. He replaces former GM John Cottingham. Moses recently left his post at WNCN-TV as Vice President and General Manager.

WFOR-TV (Miami, FL) -- The station welcomes Rhiannon Ally (rally@cbs.com) who will now serve as Morning Anchor. She previously held a position as Correspondent for the syndicated program  “The Better Show” .

WSB-TV (Atlanta, GA) -- After having served 37 years at the station, Monica Pearson announces her retirement as Evening Anchor . Pearson was the first woman and first African-American Anchor to join an evening newscast in Atlanta, GA.

CNN - Cable News Network (Atlanta, GA) -- The network has promoted Janelle Rodriguez (Janelle.Rodriguez@turner.com) as VP of Programming where she will be responsible for Atlanta-based News Programming. In addition, Jim Acosta (Jim.Acosta@turner.com ) was also promoted to National Political Correspondent based in Washington, D.C. Also joining the network is Miguel Marquez (Miguel.Marquez@turner.com) who returns as Correspondent based in Los Angeles and Rene Marsh (Rene.Marsh@turner.com) who was appointed as National Correspondent for CNN Newsource.
