New York Daily News (New York, NY) -- Veteran TV Writer Richard Huff; long-time Managing Editor Bob Sapio; Social Media Editor Anjalie Mullany; Online Executive Editor Scott Cohen; and Reporters Tom Zambito and Melissa Grace have all left in the past month. Sapio had been with the Daily News for four decades. Huff had been there almost two decades.

Associated Press (AP) (New York, NY) -- Lisa Tolin (ltolin@ap.org) is now the East Coast Entertainment/Lifestyles Editor. She rises from Deputy Lifestyles Editor. Meanwhile, Ted Anthony
(tanthony@ap.org) becomes an Editor-at-Large. He has worked for the wire service in different capacities since 1992.

Crain's New York Business (New York, NY) -- Managing Editor Glenn Coleman, (gcoleman@crainsnewyork.com) has been promoted to Editor. He replaces Xana Antunes, who had been the Editor since 2008.

The O'Reilly Factor - Fox News Channel (New York, NY) -- The O’Reilly Factor Associate Producer Joe Muto has been let go. He had been hired by Fox in 2004. FOX can be followed on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/foxnews

ABC News (New York, NY) -- News Correspondent Andrea Canning has left the network. Rumor has it she is headed to rival NBC but this has not been confirmed at this time.

WABC-TV (New York, NY) -- We are sad to report the passing of the legendary Anchor Gil Noble. Noble worked in the broadcast industry for more than 40 years; almost all with WABC-TV. He became famous as the Host of "Like It Is." The program was a weekly public affairs program focusing on African-American issues. Noble was 80.

Clusterstock - The Business Insider (New York, NY) -- Linette Lopez (llopez@businessinsider.com) has been promoted from Reporter to Editor of the section. Clusterstock is one of many verticals of The Business Insider.

The Business Insider (New York, NY) -- Two reporters have been hired here. Mr. Brett LoGiurato (blogiurato@businessinsider.com) will act as a Politics Reporter while Ashley Lutz (alutz@businessinsider.com) will handle fashion and retail for the homepage.

Newsday (Melville, NY) -- Former Board IQ Associate Editor Maura McDermott has arrived on the Island - Long Island, that is. McDermott was hired to cover real estate for the daily. She can be emailed at maura.mcdermott@newsday.com

The New York Times (New York, NY) -- Education Editor Jodi Rudoren (rudoren@nytimes.com) and Jerusalem Bureau Chief Ethan Bronner are switching locations. Rudoren will now be Bureau Chief in Jerusalem while Bronner will handle legal affairs and national news.

NY1 News (New York, NY) -- While numerous celebrities have been vying for a shot at co-hosting Live! With Kelly Ripa, NY1 News Anchor Pat Kiernan (pat.kiernan@ny1news.com) has been selected three times. He appeared once in March, again in late April and finally in early May.

The Wall Street Journal (New York, NY) -- Thirty-year WSJer Randall Smith has announced his retirement. Smith was a Financial Reporter when he earned a Pulitzer as part of a writing team. CBS News (New York, NY) -- Morning News Anchor Betty Nguyen has left the network. 

SELF (New York, NY) -- Former Cosmo Deputy Editor Isabel Burton (isabel_burton@condenast.com) is now with SELF as Executive Editor. Kate Sandoval (kate_sandoval@condenast.com) is now Beauty Features Editor. She had been with Latina Magazine.

Soap Opera Weekly (New York, NY) -- With less and less daytime soaps to write about, AMI Publishing has shut down Soap Opera Weekly. It also shut down Pixie, a teen celebrity magazine.

NFL Magazine (New York, NY) -- Evidently reading about football just isn't action enough for its fans.  The National Football League has discontinued its NFL Magazine after just four issues. 

Parent & Child (New York, NY) -- Jamie Engel (jengel@scholastic.com) is the new Vice President/Publisher of Scholastic's Parent & Child magazine. He has plenty of experience in the parenting segment as he was previously Group Associate Publisher for Bonnier's parenting group.
 
Deadspin (New York, NY) -- From fashion to sports? Now that's versatile. John Koblin (john@deadspin.com) has joined this sports blog as a Writer. He was previously Media Markets Editor at Women's Wear Daily.

Inc. Magazine (New York, NY) -- Jane Berentson has moved across the pond to take the role of International Editor for Inc. in London. WXRK-FM (New York, NY) -- Rick Gillette has been named the Program Director for Top 40 station WXRK 92.3. Gillette is already a member of the CBS family as he was working in Phoenix with two CBS-affiliated stations when he got the call from his former colleague Don Bouloukos. Atlanta Journal-Constitution (Atlanta, GA) – The newsroom makes several changes as Senior Managing Editor James Mallory is set to retire some time in May. Also, Senior News Editor Monica Richardson (mrichardson@ajc.com) will now serve as Managing Editor and will be responsible for daily reporting and digital teams. Additionally, Page One Editor Mark Waligor (mwaligor@ajc.com) was promoted to Managing Editor and will now oversee newsroom production of the daily and Sunday papers. Finally, Print Department Managing Editor Bert Roughton (broughton@ajc.com)  will now oversee investigative news and enterprise.

The Courier-Journal (Louisville, KY) -- Arlene Jackson leaves her post at the daily. Jackson was the Special Publications Editor responsible for the sections SCENE, Home Showcase, Home & Garden, Health & Fitness, Friday Features, Arts on Sunday and the Holiday Gift Guide. Jackson first joined the paper in 1976. Publisher Arnold H. Garson also exits the paper upon his retirement. Former VP of Sales and Marketing, Wes Jackson (WJackson@courier-journal.com), will fill in his post as Publisher. Keith Runyon is also set to retire from his post as Editorial Director. CNN Cable News Network- (Atlanta, GA) -- Gracie award-winning Anchor for CNNMoney.com Poppy Harlow (poppy.harlow@turner.com) has been appointed GA Reporter for the network and will be based in the NY bureau.  Round of applause goes to Jeff Kepnes (jeff.kepnes@turner.com) who has recently been promoted to Executive Producer of special events for the network. Bay News 9 (St. Petersburg, FL) -- Erin Maloney (erin.maloney@baynews9.com) has accepted a position as Reporter at Bay News 9, where she will be closer to her family. She has left her position as Weekend Anchor and Reporter at WINK-TV in Fort Myers, FL. 

WAGA-TV (Atlanta, GA) -- Anchor Mark Hayes exits Fox-affiliate Good Day Atlanta. He has been with the station since 2002. Prior, he served as Evening Anchor at WXYZ-TV in Detroit. 

Central Florida News 13 (Orlando, FL) -- Joining the newscast is Reporter Jerry Hume (jhume@cfnews13.com). He recently left his position as Reporter at WTXL-TV in Tallahassee, Fl.

WAGA-TV (Atlanta, GA) The station loses Morning Anchor Mark Hayes as he most recently transitioned into his new post at KXAS-TV in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, serving in the same capacity.

WXIX-TV (Cincinnati, OH) -- Reporter Matthew Nordin (mnordin@fox19.com) joins the investigative team at the CBS station. Nordin comes to Cincinnati from WMBF-TV, an NBC affiliate in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he served as an Investigative Reporter and Morning Anchor.

WISN-TV (Milwaukee, WI) -- Christina Palladino (cmpalladino@wisn.com) joins the news team as a General Assignment Reporter for the weekday evening newscasts. Palladino most recently served as an Anchor/Reporter at WOI-TV, the ABC affiliate in Des Moines, Iowa.

WVXU-TV (Cincinnati, OH) -- Political Reporter Howard Wilkinson is joining the news talk station. Wilkinson took a buyout from the Cincinnati Enquirer, after 30 years of service. He will report and conduct on-air interviews for the public radio station.
