The Andersons Finalizes the Purchase of Assets of Mt. Pulaski Products LLC

MAUMEE, Ohio, Oct. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Andersons, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE) announces today it has completed the purchase of substantially all of the assets of Mt. Pulaski Products LLC.
