2013 ChemOutsourcing Exhibit Halls Overhauled to Facilitate Traffic
LONG BRANCH, N.J., April 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Pharma ChemOutsourcing President Mark Alexay today announced a series of changes he has implemented for the September 16-19, 2013 Chemistry tradeshow in New Jersey.
The major change ChemOutsourcing has made in 2013 is to integrate the well-attended panel discussions into the exhibit halls themselves. As Alexay commented, "in years past the panel discussions and most of the attendees congregated most of the day in another part of the conference hotel, Ocean Place, and only met in the exhibit halls sporadically. This was a mistake."
According to Alexay, the changes have been implemented to re-capture the casual intimacy and highly effective exhibitor - attendee networking of the early shows. ChemOutsourcing is in its 7th year.
"Now attendees will be together all day in the same area which completely changes the interpersonal dynamic -- it's easier now for people to strike up conversations with new people. This idea isn't exactly rocket science so I could have done it before. But anyway, everyone will benefit in 2013."

The new exhibit halls afford all exhibitors and attendees a clear view of each other -- no more rows of booths. "It's a game-changer," says Alexay, "and completely alters the feel of the show. Once inside the large exhibit halls, attendees can attend sessions, visit booths, eat, relax, or have private meetings -- all in the same place.
