PHOENIX, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- IPSA International, Inc., (IPSA) an

develops a market penetration strategy for the Middle East.
Previously, Mr. Chretien served IPSA International as Vice President,
International Operations where he managed IPSA's markets and resources
outside the United States and directed IPSA's international growth
strategies.
Prior to originally joining IPSA, Mr. Chretien spent over 25-years with
the Drug Enforcement Administration, where he retired as the Assistant
Administrator of Intelligence, one of the most senior positions in the
agency.

Ambassador as well as senior U.S. and Afghanistan Government officials.
"Craig's current assignment in Afghanistan, which includes regional
coverage of India and other parts of the Middle East, in addition to his
strong background of working overseas, positions him extremely well to
assist us with our expansion initiatives in the region," stated Mr.
Wachtler. "In addition to his clear operational expertise and strong
intelligence background, I am most looking forward to having Craig's
