HERTFORD, N.C., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Chief detective Jim Eaton is determined to catch a serial rapist, while Jason Hewitt, in spite of an intensive manhunt, is driven by twisted perversions to rape and finally kill. Laura Stratton is a happy, outgoing young lady attending Elkins College. She is brutally beaten and raped while taking a late-night stroll.
