RESTON, Va., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Access Systems, Inc. (ACCESS), an information technology (IT) solutions provider, has been awarded the Department of State (DoS) State Messaging Archive Retrieval Toolset (SMART) task order in support of the Bureau of Information Resource Management SMART Program Office. Access Systems along with team partner, CSC, will continue to support the development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of the key core messaging applications that support the overall SMART product domestically and worldwide. Access Systems will also support development of design documents, technical specifications, unit test reports and other DoS required documentation in support of the development of SMART. The task is valued at approximately $14M.
