AccessData OEM Connectors. Extremely lightweight, the AccessData Connectors offer .NET Application Program Interfaces (APIs). Each connector offers the ability to:
- iterate over the structure of the remote data store
- retrieve incremental indexing information (IDs and timestamps)
- retrieve item metadata
- retrieve item content
- store data in a dtSearch index
AccessData OEM Connectors are currently available for the following content repositories: Microsoft Exchange - any user mailbox; Symantec Enterprise Vault (Exchange) - archived Exchange user mailboxes; Oracle URM - all documents. Following the initial release, AccessData plans to roll out additional content repository connectors as well.
