LANSING, Mich., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Accident Fund Insurance Company of America is proud to announce Darcy Kerr as the new vice president of Human Resources. Kerr brings more than 17 years of human resources experience to Accident Fund and will lead the Human Resources team for the Accident Fund enterprise.

Kerr joined Accident Fund from Accenture of Chicago, Ill., and has worked in both the public and private sectors. Her previous human resources experience includes directing leading-edge programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies across the globe. She specializes in the areas of strategic planning, change and talent management, leadership development, learning and curriculum development.

Kerr received her bachelor's degree in Political Science/English from Grand Valley State University and holds a master's degree in Labor Relations/Human Resources from Michigan State University.
