Nathalie Ross began her career in the common interest development industry in 1998. She has been in the legal field for over 25 years and carries her paralegal certificate in both California and Nevada.  Nathalie served as the 2010 Past-President of the Nevada Chapter of CAI and has participated in the Orange County, Coachella Valley and the Greater Los Angeles Chapters since her move back to California last year.  Her past experiences include business development/marketing for two of Nevada's largest construction defect law firms, operations of a Nevada management company and business development for a general contractor.  

Mr. Adams is the managing director of Adams Kessler PLC, a law firm with a state-wide practice representing residential and commercial associations as well as resort and retirement communities. In addition, his firm provides mediation services to community associations under the direction of retired Judge Larry Stirling, the firm's senior counsel and author of the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act (Civil Code section 1350, et seq.).
