Doetsch, 45, has joined as Vice President of International Sales. Earlier, he was Senior Director and General Manager of Mattson Asia where he established operations in China and extended the company's presence in regions such as Taiwan and Korea. Prior to Mattson's acquisition of STEAG Electronic Systems, Dr. Doetsch was STEAG's Director of Operations in Taiwan. He had held previous sales and operations positions at global high-technology companies. He holds a doctorate degree in physics from the University Erlangen-Nurnberg, Germany.
