(TAIEX: 2311; NYSE: ASX) (hereinafter "ASE", or the "Company") officially refuted the statement in the ASE company report published by Citi Investment Research & Analysis on October 12th, 2009, indicating ASE has lost 10-20 copper wirebonding process engineers to competitor. ASE has not lost any copper wirebonding process engineers to competitors.
