WEST CHESTER, Ohio, Jan. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- AK Steel (NYSE: AKS) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable on March 9, 2012 to shareholders of record on February 10, 2012.
