ALDI Launches High-Quality, Low-Cost Lacura(TM) Cosmetic Offerings for Budget-Savvy Shoppers

Extension to popular Lacura skincare line retails for less than $4 per item

BATAVIA, Ill., May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Consumers continue to make spending sacrifices but looking great doesn't have to be one of them. Select assortment discount grocer ALDI is introducing the Lacura(TM) cosmetic collection in its stores in 30 states across the country. Developed by German skincare specialists, Lacura cosmetics are made with the same top-quality ingredients found in expensive labels, without the price tag. Available in a variety of brilliant shades packaged in sleek silver casing, Lacura items offer low-cost luxury for just $1.99 to $3.99 per item.

Lacura products are engineered with natural, nurturing ingredients including candelilla wax, jojoba wax, avocado oil, seed oil, lecithin and vitamin E. Compared to $12-$13 for cosmetic products sold by key competitors, Lacura products retail for up to 75 percent less. The collection is available in a variety of brilliant, long-lasting shades and includes:
