WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegro Apartments has been selected as the winning property for Delta Associates' 13th Annual Apartment and Condominium Industry Awards for Excellence in the category of "Most Innovative Design - Mid-Atlantic: 2009." Also this month, Allegro was recognized in the Multi-Family Housing Residential / Hospitality category of Mid-Atlantic Construction magazine's Best of '09 competition, where it received the "Award of Merit." These two awards are the latest in a series of successes for Allegro, which held its grand opening in late April, 2009, and has already leased 172 out of 297 units, for a closing rate of 58 percent, which is exceptional for a new luxury apartment complex just getting underway.
