NEW YORK, Nov. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alliance California Municipal Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: AKP), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, November 24, 2009, a monthly distribution of $0.0762* per share of Common Stock, payable December 18, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 4, 2009. Exdate will be December 2, 2009.
Alliance California Municipal Income Fund, Inc. is managed by AllianceBernstein L.P.
(* )The monthly distribution rate is $0.0762, which represents an increase of $0.0047 from the $0.0715 per share previously paid by the Fund. This increase is intended to align the Fund's monthly distribution with its current and projected earning power.
