NEW YORK, Feb. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- AllianceBernstein Global High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: AWF), a registered closedend investment company, today announced earnings for the third quarter ended December 31, 2011.
Total net assets of the Fund on December 31, 2011 were $1,186,258,179, as compared with $1,180,583,351 on September 30, 2011 and $1,299,049,732 on December 31, 2010. On December 31, 2011 the net asset value per share was $13.91 based on 85,266,577 shares outstanding.
