NEW YORK, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AllianceBernstein Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ACG), a registered closed-end investment company, today announced earnings for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009.

Total net assets of the Fund on September 30, 2009 were $2,030,637,821, as compared with $1,909,282,336 on June 30, 2009 and $1,939,927,751 on September 30, 2008. On September 30, 2009 the net asset value per share was $8.36 based on 242,911,697 shares of common stock outstanding.
