On November 30, 2009, Kevin S. Crutchfield, Chief Executive Officer, will deliver a presentation and meet with investors at the Macquarie Global Metals & Mining Conference in New York. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 12:15 p.m. EST and will be available via webcast on the company's Web site at www.alphanr.com. A replay of the webcast will be available for 180 days following the event.
On December 1, 2009, Senior Management is scheduled to meet with investors at the UBS Coal Conference Series in Boston.
On December 2, 2009, Frank J. Wood, Chief Financial Officer, will deliver a presentation and meet with investors at the FBR Capital Markets 2009 Fall Investor Conference in New York.
