She has been the executive director of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law (AAPL) for 16 years and the executive director of the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society for 20 years. She has worked in these organizations to foster growth in medical education, publications and advocacy.
- Louis J. Goodman, PhD, has served the Texas Medical Association (TMA) as its executive vice president for 11 years. Under his leadership, the TMA has become the largest state medical association and was named "America's Best Medical Society" by Medical Economics magazine.
- Palmer P. Jones has served the New Hampshire Medical Society (NHMS) as its executive vice president for 24 years. During that time, he has helped to foster a supportive environment of advocacy and growth at the NHMS. New Hampshire Physicians are recognized and respected in the legislative environment because of his leadership.
