Amarium Announces New Board Member

LAS VEGAS, May 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Amarium Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMMG), through its wholly owned subsidiary Amarium Minerals Inc., released today that the Company has added Mr. Juan Carlos Ramirez to the Board of Directors.  Mr. Ramirez is an engineer, who has been involved in the Latin American mining industry for the past 20 years, specializing in operations and logistics.

"With the appointment of Mr. Ramirez to the Amarium management team, the Company will advance its focus on the production operations at the Jovita Mine, with analysis and implementation strategies to expand our existing output," said Adam Carter, the President and CEO of Amarium. As the technical director for the Company, Mr. Ramirez will be responsible for evaluating the current operations of the Jovita Mine and Ore processing mill, with a mandate to improve production efficiency and increase output by adding capacity to the facilities.  Amarium is planning to expand production and the Jovita Mill through an aggressive capital investment program.
