American Realty Capital Trust III Enters into a $100 Million Revolver with RBS Citizens, N.A.

NEW YORK, July 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Realty Capital Trust III, Inc. ("ARCT III" or the "Company") announced today that, on July 26, 2012, it closed its entry into a $100 million revolving credit facility with RBS Citizens, N.A. The credit facility contains an "accordion" feature that allows the Company, under certain circumstances, to increase the aggregate commitments under the credit facility to a maximum of $250 million. The credit facility allows the Company to choose loans that are priced at either LIBOR plus a margin ranging from 210 to 350 basis points or a base rate plus a margin ranging from 250 to 300 basis points.
