Amtech Announces $10.5M in New Solar Orders
TEMPE, Ariz., May 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Amtech Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASYS), a global supplier of production and automation systems and related supplies for the manufacture of solar cells, semiconductors, and sapphire and silicon wafers, today announced it has received approximately $10.5 million in new solar orders, including orders for its market leading diffusion systems from Asian based solar companies. The orders were received subsequent to March 31, 2014, and are expected to ship within the next six to twelve months.
