MONTREAL, Nov. 2, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Clemex Technologies Inc. (TSXV: CXG.A) announces that it has held its Annual General Meeting on October 30^th 2012. All matters represented before the shareholders were approved. The board members re-elected were Mr. Clément Forget, Mr. Normand Beauregard , Mr. Frederic Imbs while Mrs. Lisane Dostie was also re-elected Chairperson and Corporate Secretary.  A new Director was elected, Mrs. Anna Ruhland , Project Management at Zwick/Roell of Ulm, Germany.

At the Board Meeting which followed the Annual General Meeting, 140 000 options to purchase common shares were granted to its Directors and Officers as follows:
