    SAN DIEGO, March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to the growing demand for
 CompactFlash memory, Apricorn today announced a strategic partnership with IBM
 to deliver IBM branded CompactFlash cards to the market.  Apricorn, a leading
 manufacturer of portable computer storage and memory products, has signed a
 license agreement with IBM that will allow Apricorn to manufacturer and
 distribute CompactFlash, Smart Media, ATA Flash, USB readers and PC card
 adapters under the IBM brand name.  The IBM branded CompactFlash cards will be
 exclusively sold through IBM resellers and distributors.
     As the first "ThinkPad Proven" memory partner, Apricorn has an established
 relationship with IBM. "Apricorn has been a qualified supplier of products for
 IBM systems for some time now, and we are very pleased to extend our
 relationship by licensing the IBM brand for their CompactFlash memory cards.
 This relationship will meet consumer memory needs for multiple devices in the

 digital cameras, hand-held PC's and PDA's, the IBM CompactFlash cards are
