As VP, Marketing Communications, Kara leads the development and execution of ArborCrowd's marketing and communications strategy. She is responsible for ensuring that all content is aligned with the company's vision, building customer demand and increasing brand awareness.

Prior to BlackBerry, Kara was at IBM where she helped drive communications for the company's Smarter Planet initiative. Before IBM, she was at Burson-Marsteller, one of the world's leading public relations and communication firm, where she led global programs for Hewlett-Packard.
As VP, Marketing Automation, Ethan is responsible for executing lead-generation and lead-nurturing initiatives as part of ArborCrowd's integrated marketing and business strategy.

Prior to gyro, Ethan spent 12 years in Silicon Valley running growth marketing for technology startups.
