SAN RAMON, Calif., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Accounting Today, a national trade publication for the accounting profession, has named Armanino McKenna LLP (www.amllp.com) as second on the list of "Best Accounting Firms to Work For" in the nation with more than 250 staff members. The magazine's annual listing was tabulated from a random sample survey of employees at leading United States accounting firms.

To compile the survey results, Accounting Today administered a survey consisting of 85 questions to a random sample of employees from each of the major United States accounting firms. One-quarter of the ranking was based on employer benefits & policies and three-quarters of the ranking was based on the employee survey.
