(TSX: ARF and ARF.DB) ("Armtec" or the "Company") announced that Kevin Young has left his position as President, Drainage Solutions of the Company, effective today. The Board of Directors wishes to recognize the many years of dedication and service of Mr. Young and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
Mark Anderson, President & CEO, will lead the Drainage Solutions Business Unit on an interim basis until a successor has been identified.
