With the Havas Village model, designed to meet the evolving needs of today's clients, all communications offerings spanning local Havas entities are combined under one roof. The Village enables increased collaboration and integration, and is representative of Havas Group's "Together" strategy. Havas Village Boston comprises creative agency Arnold Worldwide, media agency Havas Media Boston, healthcare communications agency H4B and performance marketing agency Havas Edge. There are more than 45 Havas Villages around the world, with more to come in 2017.
"We are thrilled to have Minnie join the team," said Havas Group Chief Talent Officer Patti Clarke. "She has proven herself as an innovator in talent management, which will not only benefit the Boston Village, but also Havas' global talent initiatives. Our goal is to leverage best practices that emerge from HR teams in the North American Villages across the entire region."
Recently, Damle served as Vice President, Human Resources at social/digital agency VaynerMedia, where she oversaw HR operations across four offices. While there, she revamped talent management efforts, opened and staffed one office in the U.S. and one in London, and built the shop's first professional people function – which supported a doubling of agency staff in only a year's time.
Previously, for Omnicom-owned agency The CDM Group, Damle designed a function to help integrate the healthcare communication company's "downtown" group of specialty providers, yet enable each to attract talent most relevant to their unique cultures. She also held talent leadership roles in prior positions with Rauxa Direct, HNW and Draft FCB Healthcare.
Damle began her journey in talent management handling personnel management in the United States Air Force, supporting base leaders. It was this experience that helped hone her program delivery skills and deepen her appreciation of a people-centric approach to managing talent.
"I am delighted to be joining a team that truly sees the merits of integration, and I look forward to further driving a collaborative culture in which our people and agencies can flourish," said Damle.
