Investors in the Series D round included two strategic investors and Chicago venture investor Robert Geras. Venture capital funds participating in this round included Draper Fisher Jurvetson Fund VII, L.P., Nanostart AG, LCMH Technology Investments I & II, and Ventures Midwest, LLC. LaSalle St. Securities, LLC acted as placement agent during the financing round. Founded in November 2000, Arryx has raised approximately $17 million to date.
