Arsenal Capital Partners Names Frank Scrudato Chief Financial Officer
NEW YORK, Feb. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading New York-based private equity firm that invests in middle market specialty industrial and healthcare companies, announced today the appointment of Frank Scrudato as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.
Mr. Scrudato was formerly Chief Financial Officer and Principal of Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. ("BRS"). Prior to BRS, he was a Director in the Transaction Services practices of KPMG and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Scrudato also worked as the Director of Corporate Development for Asbury Automotive Group. Mr. Scrudato received his BS from Rutgers University.
