In addition to providing much needed office and parking space for employees, the new headquarters will include meeting rooms and an auditorium as well as a dedicated client lounge, full-service cafeteria, coffee shop, fitness center and outdoor patio seating for employees.

Construction of the new space is expected to be complete near the end of February, 2017. Ashfield will move its commercial, clinical and medical information operations, to the new facility in early March. Ashfield will continue to offer its pharmacovigilance and market access services from its North Carolina offices and its healthcare communication services in its Connecticut, New Jersey, Chicago and California offices. Meetings and event services will remain at their offices in Ivyland.
