Associate Joins Cohen & Grigsby's International Business Practice

Ms. Pitell joins the firm with a wealth of experience as a skilled negotiator in the international commercial agreements arena.

Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Ms. Pitell was an enterprise negotiations manager at SAS Institute Inc. She previously served as in-house counsel and export compliance manager at ANSYS Inc., and as senior contracts manager and negotiator at Legent Corporation. Ms. Pitell earned her J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law, and her B.A. from Dickinson College.
