ATA Inc. Files Annual Report on Form 20-F

(NASDAQ: ATAI) ("ATA", or the "Company"), a leading provider of computer-based testing and testing-related services in China, today announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
