AT&T Ranks Highest In J.D. Power Wireless Purchase Experience Study Five Consecutive Times

DALLAS, Aug. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- According to the J.D. Power 2015 Wireless Purchase Experience Full Service Performance Study(SM) Volume 2, released today, AT&T* outscored other full-service wireless providers for the overall ranking of "Highest Satisfaction with the Purchase Experience among Full Service Wireless Providers, Five Times in a Row."**. 

AT&T scored highest in four of the six categories evaluated: Store Sales Representative, Website, Offerings and Promotions, and Phone Sales Representative.

Over 12,700 U.S. wireless customers participated in the study and the fielding period ranged from January to June 2015.
