AT&T Selected as Winner for the Best Service Portfolio

NEW YORK, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AT&T* has been recognized with a prestigious 2009 MEF Carrier Ethernet Service Provider award for the Best Service Portfolio. Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) is a global industry alliance comprising more than 155 organizations including telecommunications service providers, cable multiple system operators (MSOs), network equipment/software manufacturers, semiconductors vendors and testing organizations.

AT&T was selected as the winner of the Best Service Portfolio category, which is awarded to the service provider that, in the opinion of the judges, has provided the most extensive range of Ethernet products to the greatest possible number of customers within the markets it serves.
