Attunity and Preferred Strategies Partner to Provide Real-Time Data Warehousing Solutions to JD Edwards Customers
Attunity real-time data integration software included and distributed as part of a turn-key and integrated solution
BURLINGTON, Mass., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Attunity Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: ATTUF), a leading provider of real-time data integration and event capture software, announced today that Preferred Strategies, a leading provider of business intelligence software for enterprise resource planning systems, will integrate and distribute Attunity's software as part of its BI Quick Launch for JD Edwards (JDE) product line to provide a solution that enables customers using JDE to leverage and benefit from real-time data warehousing for Business Intelligence.
Deployed successfully worldwide, the BI Quick Launch for JDE provides a dedicated business intelligence solution for customers using JDE World or EnterpriseOne. By integrating Attunity real-time data integration software, the Preferred Strategies solution will enable customers to offload JDE data in real time to deliver the most accurate, timely information needed by managers to make smart, informed decisions in today's challenging marketplace.
Preferred Strategies selected Attunity Stream change data capture (CDC) software to continuously offload data from JDE databases, including DB2, Oracle and SQL Server, making data available in real-time operational data stores or data warehouses where managers can access data for reporting and analytics. The integrated solution provides customers with pre-packaged software that accelerates implementation time and leverages Attunity Stream's log-based CDC technology to ensure low impact on the production JDE systems.
"Our customers have always needed access to real-time data for business intelligence purposes. In the past, Preferred Strategies has provided this functionality by connecting our BI Quick Launch directly to the JD Edwards transactional data. Now, with Attunity Stream, we can extend these same capabilities to customers who want to implement Business Intelligence over our JD Edwards data warehouse in order to reduce the impact on the JD Edwards transactional system and simplify the ERP data model to better support BI," stated Adam Crigger, founder and president of Preferred Strategies. "The Attunity software proved the best fit for our solution and provides a key component in enabling cost-effective, real-time Data Warehousing for JDE customers."
"We are excited that Preferred Strategies selected Attunity Stream to provide JDE customers with an integrated and complete solution for real-time business intelligence," stated Mel Passarelli, Vice President and General Manager for North America at Attunity. "We continue to respond to the growing demand for real-time information and deliver software that partners and customers can leverage to grow their business."
