Finder Technologies, located in Poway, California, said that all of their performance claims made in promoting the Auto-Finder, including functional range, speed of providing directional information, and effectiveness in multi-level parking structures and underground parking garages, were verified as true and accurate by the evaluator.

Seven performance claims promoted for the Auto-Finder by Finder Technologies were evaluated by Clarity Design. These claims include determining the vehicle direction in large parking lots, effective range from up to 1/2 mile away, making this determination within seconds, assisting in locating the correct level of a multi-level parking structure, and functioning in underground parking garages. Making sure that only locating the correct vehicle and not being confused by other Auto-Finders that are in the same area were also verified.
