TAIPEI, Taiwan, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- AVerMedia Technologies Inc., (2417.TW) today announced that its Board has approved the release of CPA audited consolidated financial results for the first half of 2009.

AVerMedia's revenue of 1H2009 reached NT$2,251 million, down 1.89% YoY.

The consolidated pre-tax profit in 1H2009 was NT$557.5 million, up 77.26% YoY.

The consolidated after-tax profit in 1H2009 was NT$401.9 million, up 24.63% YoY.

    The pre-tax EPS in 1H2009 was NT$2.12, up 43.24% YoY.
    The after-tax EPS in 1H2009 was NT$1.84, up 26.03% YoY.
