Security Vendor Earns Top Marks from Resellers for Its Commitment to Product Reliability, Features, and Innovation

The Business Solutions Best (and Worst) Channel Vendors survey tallied responses from 1,604 resellers across North America, who together represent over $10 billion in annual revenues. Resellers were asked during September and October of 2008 to rate vendor partners according to a number of business criteria; vendors could receive scores of between 0 (worst) and 5 (best) in each category.

AVG Technologies scored a winning average of 4.14 across the seven categories:

    Channel Programs - 4.08
    Product Features - 4.31
    Product Reliability - 4.37
    Product Innovation - 4.23
    VAR Margins - 3.92
