DALLAS, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Terry Scott, whose aviation career began in 1972, has been promoted to senior vice president of sales and marketing at Aviall Services, Inc., a unit of Aviall, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA).

Scott has been serving as vice president of sales and marketing for Aviall Services since October 2007 following four years as director of OEM programs. He rejoined Aviall in 2003 from the BBA Group, where he served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Dallas Airmotive and president of International Turbine Services.

He is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and served four years in the U.S. Navy.
